RoomReady
About

Built by someone who's done this twice.

Why this exists

Three things kept fragmenting across the internet: school housing pages (vague on what you bring), Pinterest lists (generic, don't know your hall), and Mom Facebook groups (gold, but unstructured). RoomReady stitches them together — one school at a time, only after we've read every official housing page and called the things they bury in the FAQ. Don't see your school yet? Use add my school to get the universal version.

What makes it different

We pick one product per slot — the one we'd actually buy — instead of ten options. Every item answers "why does this matter for your school." If your hall has no AC, the fan is essential. If your hall has AC, it isn't on your list at all.

The link policy

Every Amazon link is an affiliate link. You pay the same price; we earn a small commission (3–4%). That commission is how this stays free to use. We don't quote prices (Amazon changes them) and we don't send affiliate links by email (Amazon doesn't allow it). As an Amazon Associate, RoomReady earns from qualifying purchases.

What we don't do

No accounts. No tracking pixels beyond aggregated click counts. No email collection beyond a one-time "notify me at launch" form, if we run one. Your list lives in your browser.

How to report an error

Every school's housing page is the source of truth — we cite each one. If you see something outdated or wrong, email hi@roomready.app and we'll fix it within a day.
